General terms:
Checkout on the site: around the clock.
Making an order by phone: from 8.00 to 20.00.
The minimum order amount is 300 shekels.
Scheduled delivery: we place an order today –– we get the goods tomorrow (or any other day).
Unscheduled delivery: an order placed today until 12:00 will be delivered on the same day from 18:00 to 21:00.
If the order is placed after 12:00 – delivery is carried out the next day or any day of the week.
The exact time and the possibility of unscheduled delivery is negotiated with the operator.
An order placed at night is processed from 8:00 in the morning.
Payment Options:
Cash payment: when paying, the courier will give you a cash receipt for the amount of the order.
Payment by Visa / Master Card: You can pay for an order on the website with a Visa / Master Card, in case of a difference in the amount of payment, it will be returned to the card within 3 banking days. Please note that upon receipt of the order, you must provide a document proving your identity.
Bank transfer: type of payment for legal entities. When choosing this form of payment, after placing an order, our manager will contact you to invoice and clarify details.
